help in bi publisher

Dear All,
I'm working in XML BI Publisher server tool to Converting all report in my Company from application .rdf to this New BI Publisher Server to .rtf, But i have situation some report build oracle stander views, to run this views and get data from it, we have to compile this block :
BEGIN
MO_GLOBAL.set_policy_context( 'S' , 90);
END;
in report builder it so easy (before report trigger) do this job.
but in BI publisher i didn't know where i but this code or how can i run this View ??? any help
note : there are some table in order management need also this block of code to fetch data from it,
any solutions
