Dear Ahsan,
you can create new order type by using same navigation as mentioned in my last post
you have to create order header type and ine type as well to process an
order (Transaction Type Code is filed where you mention line type or order type)

Thanks for your advise...
I need to define New Order Type ...?
Please let me know your advice...

You can define price for specific Item Only
there are three options
1-All Items
2-Item Number
3-Item Catagory
you can choose any of them
Detailed navigation steps on creating a Price List can be found in Chapter 6
of the Oracle Pricing User's Guide. The same process can be used to make
Changes to a Price List.
YOU NEED TO KNOW MODIFIERS AND QULIFIERS
LET US KNOW IF ANY PROBLEM
