Upgrade APEX from 5.1 to 19.1?

Download APEX,

rename existing apex folder under oracle home and copy download unziped apex folder in oracle home.
Login as sys user and follow the steps,
SQL> @apexins.sql apex apex temp /i/
Once above completed and no error,
SQL> @apxldimg.sql /u02/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1 << this is my oracle home and while uploading it will take /u02/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/apex/images
NOTE: Try to open the APEX URL and if still old images files error then press CTRL+F5 to reload.
