For Forms 6i Release 2 you can use
Oracle 9i Application Server Rel 1 (1.0.2.2.x)
Forms Listener Server is the default technology/ architecture for deploying Forms over the web in Oracle Forms 6i. The Forms Listener Server, however, has been superceded in later versions by the Forms Listener Servlet. The Forms Listener Servlet functionality has also been made available in Forms 6i patchset 4 and higher
