This is very difficult to provide in this forum for all Financials Module.

As a Guidance you interact with people working in Oracle Financials and take their inputs and if you have Metalink access then you can go through Articles like

In Receivables
a) Transaction Workbench FAQ's
b) Receipt Workbench FAQ's

Similarly you will find in Payables
a) Invoice Workbench FAQ's
b) Payment Workbench FAQ's

You will find articles like FAQ for all modules in Metalink
