Piece Rate

Can anybody explain is there procedure to pay to an employeeby "Piece Rate" method. If it is possible please explain otherwise forward minimum documentation.

Hi

You need to provide more explanation. You want to make the piece rate in HRMS and then pay or integrated to Production.

If it is from Production, then in Manufacturing Module, You can do Resource set up based on person and set the basis of charge as item and link an Employee to Resource. As and when the Job is completed, the actual Production completed by each employee is pushed to HRMS to get the piece rate wages of each employee.

Please explain your requirement more clearly.

ThanQ Mr. Siva,

I'm suppose to make setups in HRMS for employees, The employees are suppose to be paid on the basis of their production respectively. The payslip should display, production of each employee for respective period along with other details.
