QP and OU

i am unable to fix QP%ITEM% in profile.LOV shows no value and also in OM, system parameters,unable to fix Operating Unit.

while trying to run replicate seed data,operating unit shows nil.

kindly suggest me the solution.

First check out that have u setup the following profiles at Responsibility Level


MO: Operating Unit
HR: Business Group
HR: Security Profile
GL: Set of book
