Approval theroshold to Zero - Purchasing

I m new to purchasing. at present working in support project.

My current issue - I want to reset purcahse order reapproval thershold to ZERO. From where i can update this value. please provide detaild steps, i dont have that much of knowledge.

This is urgent issue, please assist me.
