Hi RK

Recruitment is the one of the functionality provided in Oracle HR,where the HR Department will use it to enter the vacancy details...etc...where in iRecruitment is a decentralised functionality where a vacancy can be created at the department level and can be posted online. Candidates who are interested can view the vacancies and if they would like to apply for that vacancy, they need to get registered with basic details which turn the data is transferred into Oracle HR. The person who posted the vacancy can view all the candidates and do the suitability matching and select the relevant applicants and lot more functionality is been provided in the iRecruitment
