Error:1065 the database specified does not exist.

Dear All,
when i start the computer the concurrent manager service not started , when i try to start it i have this problem:
<b>"could not start the OracleConcMgrvis_ebs service on local computer.
error:1065 the database specified does not exist."</b>
i restarted computer and tried to stop and start all services more times but no change.
i hope if you can help me.

Hi, I think your database is not up so first start the database service. If it is already running then try to connect from sqlplus and if successful then try to view the CCM logs. thanks

my database is already started & i successful to connect by SQLPlus ,

my question is where i can find the CCM logs.
