Hi All,
Is there any other way to restrict users under the same OU not to view the data entered by other persons....
For example...
In a OU there are two group of people Team A and Team b
Whatever the transactions like Purchase order, invoices, payments done by Team A should not be visible to the Team B and vice versa...
Expecting ur suggestions.........
Regards,
Anu

Hi,
Yes, it is Possible by doing 'Form Personalisation' at that user level to restrict to view specific transactions to the particular user.

What is the link between user and its authority
like User can access purchase order of those supplier where supplier have user name in DFF.
Is there any such criteria for security ?
