Average balances in GL

Hello everybody...


I am making a setup of GL in R12..
When I enable Average Balances in a Ledger... and I select a net income account (is a Ownership account)... appear a error message

Error
1. Your Net Income account must be a balance sheet account.
2. You must specify a non-postable Net Income Account for average balance processing.

But the account that I select is Non Postable and Ownership account...

If somebody can help me... I appreciated to much... [:D]
