CM - R12 - Unable to Create Bank Error in R12

Hi
I am going to create Bank it will gives the error in defining the it will not opening the HTML page for creating the Bank

it shows the error

like <b>You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.</b>

while opening the HTML page

Suppliers are entered Properly but the Banks and Banks Account are opening Properly

Please reply me as soon as possible how could i resolve this Problem
I am unable to create Bank

it is very common with html applications in R12 .... just bounce apache and retry it , it will work fine ....

I already done bounce the apache server but still unable to create through Payable responsibility any other idea how to create Bank by using Oracle Payable Responsibility so any one have an idea so please reply me soon for the good response
