How to Create Bank Account Transfers in CM?

HI,
anybody could explain for create bank account transfer in CM?, because I not find neither of source bank account and destination bank account, but already define bank account.
I already look in metalink Doc ID: 414705.1 and there is explain that I must:
5. Login as sysadmin and go to User Management responsibility and setup the UMX
Security for Bank Account Transfer module for your specific Legal Entity, this can be
Done using the UMX wizard for Cash Management, this wizard can be launched by
querying the relevant responsibility you are using from Roles and Responsibilities
module. Path: User Management / Roles & Role Inheritance.
6. In the Search region enter the following information:

Does this issue still exist?

Tryout this...

Login as sysadmin user and go to User management. Then click on "Roles and Role Inheritance" and perform the following steps.
1. Click "Create Role" button
2. Select Category as "Miscellaneous"
Enter appropriate Role code (Ex: Bank Transfer)
Enter appropriate Display name and description (Ex: Bank Transfer)
Enter application as "Cash Management"
Enter active from date
3. Click on Security Wizards button
4. Click "Save and Proceed" button to continue setup
5. You will be directed to security wizards screen. There will be two lines. Click on Run Wizard icon in the first line (CE UMX Security wizard)
6. Click "Add Legal Entities"
7. Search for the legal entity and select the legal entities in which you want to perform the bank transfer
8. Select Bank account transfers checkbox for that legal entity
9. Click "Apply" button
10. Logout and login as normal user and perform bank transfer

Hi Sara,I already assign a legal entity to bank account, but still not working.

Responsibility User Management > Role & Role Inheritance
1. Category: Miscellaneous
2. Role Code: UMX|FND_RESP|CE|CASH_MANAGEMENT|STANDARD
3. Application: Cash Management
4. Display name: Cash Management SuperUser
5. Run wizard "CE UMX Security wizard" > add Legal Entities> tickmack for USE, MAINTENANCE and BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER
in Bank Account Grants
6. Apply Legal Entity and Role
7. Assign that role to user in user tab

Please tell me if there is something about that steps. Thanks
