can any one tell me what is main difference between implementation
and support side
if we are doing implementaion what are different instances are there
and how as technical person we are working there .........

1. Implementation means initial setups
2. Support means handl user issues.

We are IT Company doing implementation and support and can give you complete guidance about it.
