how to define shipping transaction form in order management version 11.5.10.2.while defining the shipping transaction form the action tab is disabled in the bottom. can any body help me on this with snap shots pls

This is because the user login that you are using don't have granted shipping permissions
Go to Oracle Order Management#61664;Setup#61664;Shipping#61664;Grants & Role Definitions#61664;Grants
