Standard Paymennt Format Report(APXPBFOR)

Asklm Admin,
I have a requirement to print the Wire Payment Transfer Report in PDF format so i took the copy of Oracle Standard Report "(APXPBFOR) Standard Payment format Oracle" Report and i customised this report and changed the "output format PDF " the output is coming in the PDF format,
but this PDF output format is not supporting the Arabic Data so changed the output format to XML and i have created an RTF file and attached to this concurrent programe. The problemis concurrent programe is not picking up the RTF in UPON Completion of the concurent programe....
so its a great help if anyone guide me how to resolve this i will be very thank full

when i create a payment through Account Payables--->entry-->Payments screen document as Wire (customised Report name) it is completing normal but the concurrent program is not picking up the RTF Template to
