Global Accouting Engine in 10.7

Dear Friends,
I have in hand an ORacle 10.7 Instance where I am required to ascertain whether Global Accounting Engine is in use or not. Can anyone help me with how to find out whether GAE is being used by the users. I cannot connect to any user or whosoever related to this instance.
