Contact Email Address

Dear all,

I am inserting the Emergency Contacts of Employees using R12 Application Module Core HR. I can't see any field on the form of contact where i can give the Contact Email Address. Is there any field to insert the email addresses of Contacts of Employees on the Contact form only not on the enter and maintain form office detail tab here i can insert the employee personal email address

Dear Fayyaz,

If I understand you right, then you can make use of the Descriptive Flex Field on the contacts form to enter whatever fields or data you need.

You can check extra information also. you use extra information to put some additional field.

I am using the Contact Details button ---> Enter Phones --->

Add the Lookups PHONE_TYPE as Email after giving the Phone Numbers of Employee then give the Email Address of Employee.
