Transact MO Form does't show the Lot Number.

Hi ALL,
Hope you will be fine and in the best of ur health & spirit.
I am working on R12 and etered a Sale Order with 3 lines having different quantity. Then i have created Discrete Jobs of each sale order line and at the completion level i have given each job a 'Lot Number'. So there are 3 Discrete Jobs having 3 Lot numbers.
Now the issue/requirement is that when i go to transact the job thru the Transact Move Order form then i want to display the Lot Number associated with the discrete jobs at the Transact Move Order Form without entering into the Vew/Update Allocation button.
Please Suggest as soon as possible. Its urgent.
