logs cannot be found in Concurrent manager

Version R12/11i? = 11.5.10.2
Instance PROD/TEST/VIS? = VIS
Module? = Financials, HRMS
OS? = RHEL 4.0

Hi,
I am not able to view the logs of the concurrent manager.

I searched the net and found 4 things that need to be done...


(1) Cross check the TNS enteries

(2) check the DBC file

(3) check if the Apache/Jserv is running properly

(4) check if the connect descriptor is correct

My question is how to those steps?
