Loading excel data into Oracle table - automated

Dear All and Sikander..
i want to build an utility to load excel data in a pre-defined format to oracle table.
Don't want to save it as .csv and use sqlldr..
It should be done thru a click of Button
I think OLE automation can help..
can anyone please help me out with a definite solution, how to code the stuff..
