Disable reporting currency results in 'ORA-00001:

hi
need your assistance .
I disabled reporting currency and when attempted to post a journal following error occurs..
'ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_SUMMARY_INT_1_U1) violated'
any idea what I have missed..?
