Puchasing Implementation in R12

Hi,

I have defined the Financial Options using below path:-

Setup -> Organization -> Financial Options.

Here, i have defined the accounts sucessfully without any error.

while defining Purchasing Options, I am unable to define the "Expense AP Accrual Account" under Receipt Accounting Tab.

Because LOV is not dispyaing in COST CENTER Field. Remaining LOV's is displyaing like accounts.

I have defined the Cost center values under following Path:-

GL -> Financial -> Keyflexfileds -> Values -> COST CENTER

Eventhough, this values is not present in Purchaisng options.

Could you help me.
