vewing the request output from other use.

I've logged in as some user 'A', and there is an user 'B' is running his concurrent request. Now i wanted to view his "output file".
It must be possible even if i enter in different application other than user 'B' has logged in.
please let me know the solution, i'll be thankful to all.
