Hi,

I have a sales order were the items have shipped but the line status is still in Booked status. I also confirmed that the workflow never started for the items so i assume thats why the line status did not change. Anyone seen this before? Thank for your feedback.

Pl check what is your workflow assigned and secondly check if you executed request "Workflow Background Process" then in the parameters select "OM Order Line", deferred Yes & timeout No. Update us with findings and results. tks

Hi I ran the workflow background process and it completed successfully but the lines are still in Booked status. I have attached screenshots. It strange that there is not workflow. After i ran the trip stop to interface line 1 its okay but the remaining lines will not change from Book status. Thank you for your input.
