Hi,

User entered a requisition and sent for approval (through position hirarchy), the requisition raised for Rs.200/- next level of authority(Manager) got approval limit of Rs.10000/- and final level of authority (Dept Head) got approval limit of Rs.100000/-.

The issue is when user sent through approval workflow the document supposed to go to next level authority (Manager), but the requisition is going directly to Dept head.

Please help me where to check and correct.

As the matter is urgent I appeal you to guide me on urgent basis.

Hello JP,

Please check the Position hierarchy @ HRMS i.e, suer>>Manger>>HOD.

Attach these Position hierarchy to puchasing Documents and unchaeck the check box Owner can apporve.

Please check the apporval group assigned to these Positions.

Once done with Position hierarchy definition please run Fill employee hierarch request.

Also check for document type for requisition, if the Forward Method set to hierarchy or direct. it must be hierarchy.
