ERPstuff - Oracle EBS Community

WE have 2 courses in learning management where there were no resriction made at the learner access level and both the courses defined in same manner, but during appraisala time when a employee is trying to add the courses 1 course is getting approval directly and other course is following the approval process.

How can I set the other course also to follow the approval process rather than getting ACTIVE status immediately without approval.

Please suggest.
