After you verify your tax account as you were told by AmanKhan. Don't Allow the Tax applicability on Purchasing Module.

Hi,
If you r using tax manager in R12, You will need to setup a recovery rate with 0% and link it to the non-recoverable tax and another recovery rate with 100% and link it to the recoverable tax.

Hi Benny,
Another solution I foud for you issue is you can define an new recovery rate with 0% and a new tax rate for this non recoverable tax and assign the 0%recovery rate to the new non recoverable tax rate

This is an intened funcionality for recoverable tax. You may use SLA as Mohamed told you to alter the distribtion account.

I'm now working on oracle assets 11i, within the system setup I found the distribution sets function, and i dont know what doest it mean and what its for.

The Oracle user guide and Help doest not represents its definition, only just how to set it up.
