All the 8 products you mentioned come under Projects Suite. Out of which Project Accounting contains.

Oracle Project Foundation (PJF)
Oracle Project Costing (PJC)
Oracle Project Billing (PJB)

I am attempting to answer this question. There is no relation between BG and LE while we define the BG, LE, OU, IO in HRMS. But after defining them, there are certain Profile options should be enabled. They are

1. HR Business Group
2. HR Security Group etc.,

As per my knowledge you are correct. Project Accounting is a part of Oracle Projects suite. In Project Accounting there are Project Costing, Project Billing etc.,

Please check whether you have enabled ADI while defining your flexfield structure. If you have not enabled ADI, system will give you the message because CVS is always enabled.

I have raised a Permanent Prepayment, validated and accounted it also. As this is not available to adjust against the Standard Invoices, please explain how to record a refund and apply against the prepayment.
