Hi,

Can any one tell me what is the difference between Invoice Price Variance and Purchase Price Variance.

IPV:DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE PO AND INVOICE IT GOES TO THIS ACCOUNT.......

PPV:
1)DIFFRENCE BETWEEN PURCHASE ORDER LINE PRICE AND STANDARD COST IT GOES TO THIS ACCOUNT ...........

2)PPV ONLY USED FOR THE STANDARD COSTING...........

3)IT IS NOT USED FOR THE AVERAGE COSTING
