This is Nandu, just now i seen your discussions about Deposit.

Deposit Transaciton concept is same Prepayment Invoice concept in Payables.

1. Enter one Deposit Transaction & complete.
2. Take the receipt from customer & apply to Deposit Transaction.

so you got the money from your customer as ...

Can any one please explain me how Security by Book will work in Fixed Assets.
