Could someone tell me how to upload negative receipts into Oracle Receivables ?

First of all avoid customizing standard report.This way you will avoid any upgrade hasstle or support issue. You can always create new [8D] from existing standard report. Hi Anurag,
My understanding is that FNDLOAD is only to upload data into FND tables, so I guess you can't use this utility for FA module.
