LockBox

Hi All,
We have around 50 entities setup and around 50 more on its way. At the moment we run LockBox per entity. I am looking into possibility of running one lockbox for all entities.
1) Is that all possible or I am restricted to one entity(country/responsibility) per run ?
2) If yes how can I manage that ?
3) What different factors I have to keep in mind?

Any input is highly appreciated.
