There is a big difference between teaching and helping on issues.
The reply to your query will be a copy paste extract from userguide, therefore i would only suggest you to perform this operation based on the useguide steps and then if you struggle in areas, you can post it here, that will interest other members also to contribute and help...
What and How questions will normally remain unanswered ....

Please perform the initial work of trying it by yourself, and then approaching others....
