Yes My Dear,

First there are 6 KFF in HRMS and payroll,

Four of them for HR
- Grade KFF.
- Job KFF.
- Position KFF
- Competency KFF.

and two for Payroll
- People Group
- Cost allocation

also
- Bank Account KFF
- Collected Agreement KFF

to expand the HRMS application oracle Gave you the following:

- DFF to Capture for information in must HRMS windows.

- SIT multi structure KFF (you can used User Hook before and after insert and data in SIT)
and
- EIT multi structure DFF

each of these have functionality in the HRMS. for more information you can come in messenger

hi ...

The competence flexfield outputs can be found in CAREER MANAGEMENT
. Once you click on NAME in COMPETENCIES in career management the segments that you have created will be shown .

The personal analysis flexfield is also called as SIT (Special information types ) and whatever the segments you have created in in personal analysis flexfield should be assigned in SIT ( UK / US responsibility ) that is in OTHER DEFNITIONS column and assign(flag the column ) the personnel analysis flexfield to JOB / POSITION / OTHERS( if you assign the Personnel analysis ff to OTHERS column then automatically the data gets transformed into people window and whenever you create a new employee the SIT output will come in which you have to select the data from LOV and enter them )

Any queries plz reply so i can try to clarify ur doubts...
