Calculation not correct in Purchase Order Lines

Dear All,

I have to face the problem in Purchase Order Lines.
Calculation not correct in Line # 2 as attached screen shot.

It is hard to guess the exact issue without knowing if any known issue just check the record history if any update is made or examine is used to change any value. Also check any backend change as this is test instance I believe. thanks
