How can we Rehire the Employee ?

Hi to all

How can we Rehire the employee into the same employee ID and also the same assignments. Anyone Know about it provide me the Procedure that i follow

Dear Fayyaz,
Be aware of the following:
-- When you rehire an employee, person_id does not change.
-- Only assignment_id has to be changed whenever there is a termination and rehiring. Also assignment_id changes whenever person_type (employment_type) changes.
