while iam Trying to do the set ups in receivable Activity

This is the Error:
please define a party tax profilefor operating unit &ORG_ID

Please go through Oracle financials for India Implementation Guide for R12 (IL Receivables-FAQ). The document explains the Ebusiness tax setup details which are mandatory before setting up of the India Localization tax details.
