The same issue is reported in some of the metalink ids. You may go through 602353.1, 420194.1

HI,

There are various solutions given in the related notes. whereby I tried to follow one i.e.

==============================================
Navigate to Trading Community Manager ->
Requests -> Run
Select "Geography Name Referencing" program
Processing for Table : HZ_LOCATIONS and Run Type : ALL
Parameters: Country Code :
Usage Code :ALL
From Location Id :NULL: To Location Id:NULL
Start Date :NULL: End Date:NULL
Number of workers:1
==============================================

The output showed the results:

Total number of Processed Locations:17211
Number of Successfully Processed Locations:118
Number of Locations in Error:17093

also the output for many records was like mentioned below

"Current Location ID: 186
The address cannot be validated because no geography mapping exists for this country. Please contact your system administrator.
Current Location ID: 188
The address cannot be validated because no geography mapping exists for this country. Please contact your system administrator.
Current Location ID: 190"..........................

can you suggest which action plan shall I follow as the issue is still there

My suggestion is to log a service request with oracle as the issue should be analyzed to give a proper solution.
