Telephone/Email Support Needed For Apps 11i/12

Hi All,
I am a certified Oracle DBA. I know things within oracle database as back of my hand. I have touched every aspect of database design and administration including Workflow Standalone, Oracle Webserver.
But I never worked on Oracle Application Suite.

Looking at current market trends Apps is doing well and many companies are going ahead with either implementation else 11i to 12 upgrade.

<b>I will pay 15$/Hour for the support. </b>I will make calls to you so there is no cost to you. You don't have to be online all the time unless needed.

I have a proper hardware setup. I have number of dell servers with Dual Zeon CPU, 8GB Memory and 300 GB HDD space. I also have firewire/USB 2.0 backup disks in more space needed.

I know rman, dataguard, oracle replication, streams, performance tuning and Apps fundamentals.
I have a target of next 4 weeks to convert myself into core Apps DBA.

<b>What am I looking for?</b>
I don't have a lot of time to read posts myself and fix the problem so I am looking for remote tutor who can support me through emails/phone calls and possibly remote VPN connection.


You should to be expert in
- Oracle Apps Administration 11.5.9/11.5.10 & Release 12
- Cloning from single node to multi node and vice versa
- Patching (You must have list of every patch needed for Windows 2003 & Oracle Enterprise Linux Setup). Pointing me to metal ink is not good but download links at metal ink would be OK
- Server farming setup like RAC/Middle Tier Application Server resilience
- Forms,Discoverer,Reports,Jserv,OC4J configuration
- EM Grid module for monitoring EBS Suite
- Everything else which makes part of Oracle EBS Apps DBA
