Legal entity Query

Hi Folks,

i have following queries in Legal entity setup.

Ex: We are implementing R12 Financials in USA,

Sectors as follow:- 1. Manufacturing, 2. Construction 3. Retail.

one legal entity is enough for all these sectors or we need seperate Legalentity for each sector.

If one LE is enough , how we can maintain different taxes like , Sales tax, VAT etc.

Please explain bit detail

HI,

I this scenario, you will define atleast 3 legal entities or may be you have to define multiple legal entities since there are different tax laws applicable in some states in USA.

Define one legal entity & In e-Tax define two tax regimes for two different tax authorities.
