Hi Guru's
We need a help regarding the Multi-Org structure definition in Oracle Applications. Here I am attaching the client business process and help me defining the Multi-Org structure.

Awaiting for your valuable inputs, please let me know any clarifications on this.

<u><b>123 Organizations<b><u> (Consider as Main Business Group)</u></b>
Functional Currency is USD</b></u>

Business: Services Marketing Manufacturing

Countries India India UK
Of USA USA USA
Operations[?][?] Japan Japan Japan
UK Dubai



Brief about Organization structure:

123 is the main Company.
Having 3 different business which is services, marketing and Manufacturing.
Services are operating from 3 countries namely IND, USA, and JAPAN.
Marketing is operating from 4 Countries namely IND, USA, JAPAN and UK
Manufacturing is operating from 4 Countries namely USA, JAPAN, DUBAI and UK

<b>Modules Implementing:</b>

OM for Order Entry, Booking and Shipping
Inv for Item maintenance and availability
AR for Transaction Generation and Receipt
AP for Invoices and Payments
PO for Purchasing
GL for Final Posting and Trail Balance and B/S currency.

Hii,

Will like to know how the businesses operate in the individual countries.

Is there operations seperated from each other or marketing markets goods produced by manufacturing and services service the same products manufacture by manufacturing.

Actually the Company is having different types of organizations nd the products are may use may not use for the other business.

Coming to your question, It is completely independent and it may market their own items also but Marketing is not for marketing their own items they will do for others also. Also the same for the remaining.

Please help me in this.
Please revert me back if you have clarifications required.
