Hi,

ORG_ID indicates the id of Operating units

ORGANIZATION_ID nothing but Inventory organization id.

we assign the org_id to responsibilities to which operating unit that belongs too. Mo:operating unit, Then the responsibility access only the data of assigned operating unit.

If we have two or three inventory organization for particular operating unit we need to define these individual inventory organizations and these have ids.

Thanks & Regards,
Anjireddy.

Organization ID refers to a unique id of an inventory organization (mtl_parameters)

Org_id refers to a operating unit (hr_operating_units)

Below is the hirerarchy for your reference.
