Submitting Requests

Hii All

I am new to Oracle apps. and I am reading the document submitted in this great forum
but when i am submitting a request i get status of the request as

Inactive No Manager
<b>Diagonostics : CONC-DG-INACTIVE ICM DOWN</b>

Please help me to sort out this problem

And this is the Concurrent Manager Form

I don't know if the problem from the manger or what else
and how can i solve this problem

Pl verify the status of Standard Manager not Transportation Manager. thanks

I logged as SYSADMIN and activated the Standard Manager but still the problem as shown below... NO MANAGER

I have reinstalled the system and turned the manager on
and everything is ok until now... i'm going on to do it all

Always check the services specially while starting up check if all services started with status 0. The startup scripts are already provided in the Apps admin document. thanks
