How to find customized reports in modules?

Is there any way to find out the customized reports scattered in different modules? before upgrade.

If there is any naming conventions used during reports integration then using that you can get the reports list or you can generate a query on the last updation date/time. For queries there is another topic created by Mr. Ahmed. thanks
