Can We make Direct Cash Payments in Oracle AP?

Can We make Direct Cash Payments in Oracle AP ?

One method generally followed is by maintaining a Payment Register and making (Employee) Cashier as supplier? Is there any other followed ? I request the members of the group to brief ?

I don't think there is any other way as for invoice you need a supplier. thanks
