Revaluation of assets after completing its life?

Hay to all???.

I am searching the circumstances, and assumption, by which we can revaluate the fixed assets and use further after its useful life???.. according to IAS and different theories, with supporting documents, charts, examples.

i will strongly welcome any amendment or any opinion about my Question
