Disallow to create New Record in Blanket Summary

Hi,

I need to create a View Only accessibility to my users when they access the Blanket Sales Agreement Organizer. But I can't figure out how to configure so the users are not allowed to create New Record in the Blanket Sales Agreement Organizer screen.

Does anyone have any idea on how this can be done[?] All inputs are most welcomed.
