Oracle HRMS & Payroll modules or Oracle 10g

hello,

I am working in dubai as an oracle developer with a customised application in oracle 9i/10g.

as i research that a lot of jobs comming in market for oracle applications (HRMS/payroll/finnancial etc).

so i need your advise should i get traning for oracle app. or stay with the 10g????

what do you think...
